Practice practice practice. Get the routine down, and then start adjusting the small details.
@hammer87715 жыл бұрын
don't start with big spins. first, really cement in the manoarms and some mechanicals. get that on time, and develop from there. if you have a routine already, review it and make sure you can do it at your platoon's skill level. if you don't have one, look at other people's routines and take watered down parts of their routines. also, do not try to go for a silent routine, especially under a time crunch. commands will always be simpler and i personally think that a good commander with a nice command voice really does cement in a routine.

Yeah. Don’t put up with any crap and always be serious. Know what you’re doing and teach it correctly and by the book.

Get a good routine that’s simple to understand and practice on the basics and look for little things, little things kill scores

Wait wait wait woah woah. Are they all captains? Or is that just a part of the uniform?
@matteathompson35473 жыл бұрын
that’s just a part of there uniform. then again i’m just an LE 1 (first year of MCJROTC) and i’m not aware of everything yet so i’m not really sure
@doggedswingmusic87863 жыл бұрын
There's a fair chance they are all captains. However, this may also be due to their placement in this platoon. I'm in my third JROTC unit and all of them were different. But 2 out of 3 of them gave you a rank based on the platoon you were in (example being Saber teams got Sergeant so they were called Saber Sergeants. They didn't obtain the rank through experience or merit, just by their platoon.) Hope this helps
