Love your stuff!! Really good. Peaceful too. I like your pace of teaching, demonstrating… thanks!!! My brother has always been like you, so I’d go with him and wouldn’t really need to do much work :-/ But now I live in Northern Ireland, and in my old age (!) I’ve decided I need to make it happen for myself, as my husband always prefers hotels instead of camping. I’ve got two Marmot Crane Creek 3p, for me and my teens, and friends! Can’t wait to get started. Doing my first small two night trip next weekend, in the Ballycastle area, Antrim- near some awesome places on the northern coast of the island of Ireland.

Nice-looking tent for sure! Hope you can do a weather-test BC to check the final boxes.

I will try and get in some rainy nights for sure. I was out last night but the rain was just a sprinkle. Ventilation was great.

this looks very similar to my limelight (which is great, but not for flying to destinations). I hadn't even heard of this model, thanks!

Ever try this tent in the snow? I want to know if the canopy can be tightened down so snow or cold does not seep in?

I did use a few times when the temps were cold-7 etc and in the snow. The ventilation was a little to good and it was cold

Would be nice to hear your comments AFTER sleeping in it. How quickly can the fly be erected if preset up, if you are stargazing using mesh only and it starts to rain.

Please feel free to check my 2nd video called marmot crane creek ul 2 person tent test night. The fly can be put on very quick. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpDJYpt9eqp-gNE

Is there a vent in the rain fly?
@OutdoorsWithToddP3 жыл бұрын
Yes there is. You can see this in my other video here. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZpDJYpt9eqp-gNE Have a great one.

Anyone tried this tent in snow and cold weather?
@OutdoorsWithToddP2 жыл бұрын
I have in a few videos. Unless you have lots of bedding I don’t recommend it because it’s well ventilated. The coldest I would recommend without a ton of bedding would be -5 to -9.

ALL TENT REVIEWS SHOULD BE DONE IN DOWN POURING 🌧️☔ THUNDER STORMS FOR ITS ONLY THING THAT THAT Really MATTERS IS WATER PROOFNESS AND WEIGHT

Yes you are right but this was not a review of a tent it was my first time opening it, checking it out and setting it up for the first time. Getting a new tent is exciting so I wanted to share my first reactions with all of you. Thanks for the comment.
