Her voice is still so awesome. I have loved Stevie for most of my life, and when I hear one of her songs I think of my mom. Stevie was a common interest that my mom and I had. We had seen 5 Stevie concerts and 4 Fleetwood concerts.. I miss her, but Stevie gets me through it :) Thank you for your awesome voice Stevie..

I couldn't keep my mouth shut when I saw Stevie in concert! Together, with Adam Levine, they did great! But what else would you ever get FROM Stevie Nicks! 70 yrs old and you'd NEVER know it!💞🌷🌸🙏

I don't know much about Maroon 5, but that guy nailed it. How can you not be weak in the knees, performing THAT song in particular, at the Hollywood Bowl, with the rock goddess Stevie Nicks? Man, I'd be a mess lol.

Adam Levine shows immeasurable character &humility here.never losing respect for the music and yes: willing to gain knowledge from legendary. Stevie Nicks. This man is perfect in not being perfect. The way he ignores the disrespectful plague of ignorant girls who are,themselves not aware of his substance as an artist,not a gigolo,is purely awesome. Just like his innate gift. Awesome.

This song, this magnificent tune, is still one of her best. And one of the most beloved songs in music. Mos' props to Adam. A wonderful job. This song has something of a history. It was originally recorded by Stevie & her boyfriend Glenn Fry (of The Eagles), on her solo debut, "Bella Donna". It was written for/about the the great country couple (sometimes, duo) Waylon Jennings and his beautiful wife Jessi Coulter. I live to hear them do this song together. ^_^ Peace, from Seattle

Stevie is as beautiful, her voice as rich, her lyrics as fresh today as they were when I was ~15 and she & Lindsay joined Fleetwood Mac. Just to add, technically, I'm old enough to be Adam's mother and I find him sexy. But he and Stevie - I know she'd never do it, but... Anyway, she's already said publicly that whether they're together romantically in this life or not, she knows she and Lindsay are soul mates. They've been together many lifetimes, and will share many more. (Sorry for his wife.)
@lili-marlenerose6402 Жыл бұрын
Being soul mates doesn’t necessarily mean intimate relationships. I think of it as meeting kindred spirits who are somehow bound to one another’s path, or journey. I have male and female kindred spirits. We just recognized at some point in our lives (usually right away) that we were on a similar journey. I can tell a kindred spirit right away. They aren’t in overwhelming numbers, but I know they’re there and I am comforted. Distance and time don’t matter. We are always right there together at any time. I never take them for granted. It’s a very special bond. I think my feelings may be what Stevie is talking about regarding her and Lindsey. If so, she must have many rewards in her soul. These things get quieter inside as I age, but they never go away. They’re always fresh and fulfilling. And I cherish them as much as I ever have. Rock on, Stevie. All of us have been lured by your magic, grace and beauty. It never stops. We never want to leave. ❤

I think Levine is a good stand-in for Henley - they both have the same sort of falsetto, so it's nice that she found another partner to duet with.
