*Hi,* *I am Pankaj. I bought this Marq 2 Ton Air conditioner. After 10 days, my AC's indoor blower Motor stopped working. Then, I contacted Marq customer care support. I explained my problem to them, and they said they would resolve it in a few days. I waited for many days, and every day I contacted the company to resolve my problem, but my AC is still not repaired. They always give a new deadline. I raised my complaint on April 17, 2023, and today is May 18, 2023, but still, no solution has been provided. The customer care support keeps giving the same repeated answer, saying to wait for 24 hours as a technician will visit my location, but no technician ever visits.* *Conclusion* :- *After-Sales Service is Worst as per my experience.* *Note* :- *After sales service differs area to area.* *Thanks* 👍

But, mai aapko ek or jankari Dena chahta hu almost In sab companies ka ac ek hi company manufacture karti hai. Jaha tak muje pata hai:- Whirlpool, godrej, marq, Amazon basics, Realme techlife etc.... In sab companies ke ac ek company manufacture karti hai uska Name hai "Amber enterprises Ltd". Or aap bhi check kar sakte hai aapke Marq ac ke box pe likha hoga manufactured by Amber enterprises Ltd. Ye sari companies sirf apna Name or logo chipka kar sale karti hai baki sab Almost things same hi rahti sirf 19-20 ka farq hota hai. Thanks 👍

Main problem motor me nahi tha pcb me aayi jabki Bahut expensive stabilizer bhi lagaya tha phir bhi pcb 10 din me kharab hogyi. Or ese company ke parts bhi market me nahi milte aasani se. My experience is extremely bad don't go for it. Go for branded company

The delivery and installation were delayed, and after installation, the indoor blower made excessive noise. When I raised a complaint, a technician falsely reported that he had visited my home and rejected my return request without proper inspection. If you want a silent AC with good cooling, don’t buy a MarQ AC from Flipkart! Make sure to thoroughly check for any issues during installation and be prepared for potential customer service challenges.
