Well, it’s 8 months into this pandemic now as I’m seeing this. I would love to hear you speak on this more. For us, I feel the issue is reversed. I’ve been home the whole time, have put my work & art on the back burner, & am homeschooling our children. (Traditional homeschooling so our young children wouldn’t be sitting in front of screens all day). It’s been a huge undertaking. All of my stress outlets are gone & im struggling emotionally. I feel trapped, lonely for adult interaction, tired, & miss my gym, my space, my art. Now, we are blessed that my husband can work & we can afford for me to stay home with the kids and I’m grateful. However, I feel a weird resentment from him when I’m tired/beat down/uninspired. I wish I could always show my gratitude or always be positive. I think that might be what he expects from me & I guess I expect it of myself too. But truthfully, sometimes, I’m completely depleted and defeated (Covid + homeschooling + crazy election = emotional for me). I just want him to understand with a reassuring embrace but he is just emotionally shutdown. Always has been. Can’t handle hardly any depth of emotion. I just want him to see me & appreciate what I’m doing & tell me so. Instead, I feel judged as lazy, at home all day, seemingly doing nothing which couldn’t be further from the truth. Maybe that’s not how he feels but I wouldn’t know because his silence is deafening.

You should start by detaching yourself from things that neither you or your husband benefit from such as politics and career, your life and identity is suposed to be your family, secondly embrace the adversity that comes with motherhood and it will become your catharsis, its not a part a time job and thirdly stop being selfish, you speak about missing your outlets and your free time but neglect the fact that your husband is working to support all of you, perhaps he's not communicating because you only want to talk about yourself and how you feel, you want affirmation from your husband but when was the last time you praised and encouraged him or showed gratitude for the life he's given you and the sacrifices he's made, you're supposed to be each others vessels, pour into each other, stop expecting everything without offering nothing

@@steelheart9582 you have some fair points....detaching from politics for example. Although, I'm finding that hard as I watch our communities ripped apart by division & hatred. I refuse to pretend these things aren't happening. That's just me. And my career? Just give it up like it's no big? Spoken like a man if you ask me. I worked my ass off for nearly 10 years to put myself through my bachelor's & masters against all odds to become what I'd always dreamed of being. My career is my mission as well as my family. I achieved that goal w no family support only to find the workforce doesn't work for mothers. So, yes, I find that hard & I don't feel shame about it. And selfish? Perhaps at times, but I also try to only speak of my experience. That may come across as selfish but I can only speak on my experience & I can only change myself truly. Finally, the judgy tone about my husband & I is reading into my comment what wasn't there.. I do praise my husband constantly. He is a wonderful person. What I said was in response to this video. Do I need to clarify every aspect of my situation to leave a comment? Perhaps people like you could allow for the fact that you are only getting a small slice of a multifaceted situation. There's always more to a story & that we shouldn't jump to conclusions about people we really don't know. My .02$.

@@bdog98765 I hear you. But everyone is entitled to their own experience. Is raising kids also homeschooling through a pandemic? There are logistical maneuvers to homeschooling that are more than just taking care of kids & the house. And I was still trying to maintain part time side hustle so that I have a job to return to. I've never not worked since I was 14. It's who I am & a decision I only made to do the best I possibly could for my family. Do we have to invalidate another's situation to validate our own? What I learned from this pandemic is that every family has completely different circumstances to navigate. Family support/no support, flexible jobs/no flexible jobs, some kids have special needs while other families may have elderly parents to care for, on & on & on. So many varied situations & they all are valid.

You can’t. If you have told her and shown her, it may be that you aren’t speaking her love language. It could also be an issue she has: She has to believe that she is worthy of love, She has to know what love actually means and what it looks like. Most importantly, she may need healing in some areas of her life that are hindering her from seeing/experiencing your love so PRAY for her. Pray to remove the strongholds and for deliverance. Fast and intercede for her.

You're not supposed to be with damaged women especially if they are not seeking therapy or any form of counselling, furthermore if a woman cannot trust you she cannot love you, attraction and lust has nothing to do with loyalty, you need to preserve your mental health and spiritual well-being, couples are supposed to pour into each others spirits it makes no sense pouring into a broken vessel because all the spiritual wine will be wasted and you will get nothing back when you're thirsty

@@steelheart9582 There is a sugestion that the first verse means: "Let the spiritually dead bury (in a grave) the physically dead." I would not use it as proof, that if you love someone with issues of some degree higher than some threshold, you should just resign and find someone else. That's a weird love. As to the second, I believe it concerns evangelization, not finding a life partner. Doug Finn doesn't seem to say, she doesn't welcome Him or doesn't listen to His words. Just that She has trust issues. Sometimes patience is required. And this patience at the same time might be proof of trustworthiness to the other person. If you are not patient enough for someone's issues, then perhaps you should wonder about the quality of the love for that person.

Babel might be one of the issues. God mixed the languages, even among those who use the same National language. If you synchronize your word definitions (from the most simple words, sometimes especially those) and axioms, the communication might singnificantly improve. This might require some time and effort with a dictionary. Some of the words that can make issues are: "impossible", "obvious" and others that are different but by uncoding mean the same thing. Often what holds progress is these two words "impossible" and "certain". God decides what is possible. Not man. So ask the question: Why God thought this will be better to allow Such a situation?
