I will believe it cuz my mum used to tell me, if you are not good in hygiene in the house, in the home environment or personaly, eventually your husband, no matter how clean a person he was, he will fall to your poor hygiene.. Its probably spiritual.

The church and ppl that carry the title of a christian need to do better at advising ppl when it comes marriage. And the Bible also gives a condition for divorce. You never hear Christians quoting that scripture do you? Christians look for any excuse to stay in toxic abusive situations. Fighting for God to hold together something He never put together in the first place. I hope the original commentor got the help healing and answers from God that they needed.

Does a husband have a responsibility for his own actions, his spiritual growth, his holyness and righteousness, does his brain work, does he know right from wrong? When we shall stand in front of God on judgment day, will He judge wives for their husbands' defilement, dishonour, hurt and sheer shame that their actions bring to thier marriages? Is it right that a man should look for a wife who serves him only, that the entire burden of the success of their marriage should fall on her shoulders? Is this God's kind of marriage? That is riddled with selfishness, self service and quite frankly narcistic to the core? Is that God's kind of love
