Can someone tell me if the man of the house i.e in a marriage the husband or father of her kids does not read quran nor salaah or feel any guilt of missing salaah..what is she meant to do.. the wife or mother tries no matter how difficult to pray her salaah and tell him but then shes a woman her monthly menses give a drawback to salaah so she cant pray salaah. This is when her spouse cannot pray either. And so he has no motivation to pray himself.. he also gives her no motivation to pray on ordinary days.. but she holds that fear, Guilt..and so constantly confronts him why he does not feel any guilt missing salaah..when will he change? What is she meant to do?..no matter how much she makes dua for her spouse she is afraid the childern are learning bad habits and salaah isn't important according to the father. Shes afraid the kids are not going to follow islamic values and mostly importance of quran and salaah. Is this heading for a marriage breakup because arguments happen nearly everyday. Because he feels no guilt in missing salaah but she has to keep reminding him about salaah and What is even the purpose of being here.. she is tired.exausted and feels like he will never change, its a never ending battle. What is she suppose to do or how to guide her spouse..

@@defaultuser7190 surely bearing patience is key but it hurts its not about me or him its about the childern and being the man of the house that he is the kids look more down on him than they would with the mother. isn't this going to clash with my beliefs and his beliefs.. he believes salaah isnt important and missing it shouldnt be a bother as for me i think different but isn't this confusion for the kids.they are my pride and joy it kills me to watch the father isnt so serious about the bueatiful religion of Islam. The takwa isnt in him.. we can only try may Allah see our efforts and reward every parent going through the same. Jzk

Sister u are doing all you can , pray for him further , but please seek help ASAP , seek someone who can interfere , because even if I have no children and also no desire to have , the guardianship of the children falls on you and u should show them the right path . But sister u are doing already so much , mashallah may Allah bless u

Really is a shame that the Elders knowing the major sins of not being married, they stop or don’t allow their children to marry Instead they encourage Zina adulatory Really is sad they’ve made haram easy and halal difficult
