Only fools get married without first doing a water tight premarital contract. Getting married without first doing a pre marital contract is equivalent to fools jumping off an airplane WITHOUT PARACHUTE and hoping+ praying that everything will be fine when the fools eventually slam onto the hard ground. With a pre marital contract , when divorce happen, there is no dispute and no quarrels and no fighting and no bitterness and no conflicts as both parties just stick to the pre marital contract they had agreed on before the marriage, and hence the divorce will be very smooth and problem free . Why in the world would couples with brains , and with ability to make their own decisions , want to allow a third party (judge ) to make the crucial life changing asset division decisions for them????. Alternatively another way is to just have relationship but dont get married

The most miserable man is a man who is already married, but the wife refuses to have sex with him, so he end up being married but getting no sex, and he is worst off than single men, who can have as many girls or girlfriends as they want . Lesson learnt for men : Dont be stupid + Dont get married , as u might end up with no sex, no relationship, no intimacy , but still remain responsible for the maintenance of the wife, if u get married

Marriage is a lose lose lose lose lose lose lose lose proposition for men. After marriage if the woman refuses to have sex and the husband insist and force wife to have sex, she can charge him for marital rape and he go to jail for life and she get his house. After marriage if woman refuse to have sex, he is stuck as his only avenue for sex is blocked . After divorce, the woman get custody of the kids almost every time . Once the woman get custody of the kids, it also means that the marital home get transferred to the wife and the man end up as a homeless beggar wondering around the streets, even though he might have paid 100% for the marital home . Often foolish men refuse to create a premarital contract to protect his own assets , when they are both in love, so once the marriage turn sour +bitter, it is too late already for the husband to protect his assets . Smart men go into relationship with 5 to 20 women , so even if one woman leaves him , he still have a whole Q of women waiting in line for him. This smart way is like putting your eggs into 5 to 20 baskets, instead of putting all your eggs into one basket . Going into marriage is equivalent to putting all your eggs into one basket . As long as a man is NOT MARRIED, he can easily end a relationship without much stress and without much headaches and without much grief and without much pain . Only foolish men go into marriage, as marriage is equivalent to signing a business contract where if the woman break the contract, the man gets punished for the woman breaking the contract, while the woman gets rewarded greatly for breaking the contract .
