Alan wrote this for his wife on their 20th Anniversary. They will share 45 years of marriage in December. They went through ups and downs as all marriages do, but, stayed together through it all!! They have 3 beautiful girls, who are all grown up now. They just celebrated the birth of their 2nd grandchild!!❤🎉

It's hard for me to believe that there is ANYONE that hasn't heard of Allen Jackson. There are only a few songs he recorded that he didn't write. A true talent.🤠 I may be biased. I grew up listening to this stuff.

My mom loved Alan Jackson and his music so much that we played his hymns at her funeral when she died at 96. I'm sure she was delighted. Despite all the awards doled out to greats like George Strait and Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson has still won more country music awards than anybody in history.

Alan Jackson is the real deal and one of the greatest songwriters at least of my time. He looks like my dad and he has this way of being able to capture a specific emotion and hold you in that moment until the end of the song. If anyone requests any of his songs, they're almost all number one hits and just so relatable, so it's a safe bet to check it out. I guarantee it's a good one. He's just one of those guys, nothing flashy. Great voice, acoustic guitar, and some amazing storytelling poetry.

Alan has written so many amazing songs. The lady he was dancing with is his real life wife. They separated for awhile. He strayed, but they worked it out and came back strong. He vowed he would be home every night unless she was with him. Highly recommend her book. Her name is Denise Jackson. Also you should listen to his live version of where were you when the world stopped turning that he wrote right after 9/11.

2024. Me and the wife will be celebrating our 30th anniversary this year. Four wonderful children, with one lost.We have been through it all. The highs and the lows. Yet we have done it all together. That is the most important thing. I can still remember our first time. In my old Pontiac at that park in Denver. I love her with all I have and would be so lost without her. God Bless to you two and I hope you have many blessed days.

Alan Jackson may have been a bit before your time, or at least, before you started branching out and actively listening to a wider variety of music. A lot of his music is 1990s. He's an absolute legend in modern country music, from the era of such stars as Garth Brooks, Randy Travis, Toby Keith, etc.

The "fell apart and broke each others heart" was that Alan cheated and after he moved out his wife took a good look at herself and saw that she Alan responsible for her happiness. So she worked on her relationship with God and Alan saw the difference in her and asked if she would try marriage counseling. They made sure to get one that was faith based and "brought back the love and learned to trust". Denise with Alan's support wrote a book titled "It's All About Him" and the HIM is God. Alan even wrote and recorded 2 songs that are in book,

Hi. To tell you a little about Alan, this song was written after his infidelity he was very remorseful for. He wrote to song for his wife to win her over. Tragically he because reclusive after his oldest daughter announced her engagement to a guy Alan was crazy about. The hunted and fished and since Alan had three girls he just really became close. On the weekend of the wedding he was helping guest on a boat and slipped and fell hitting his head in the boat. He was air flighted to hospital and lived for three days and passed away. Alan never got over it and the house is said to still be vacant because he won’t go back. His daughter has remarried but his feeling about the new guy are guarded. That poor man. So sad.

Living right might not seem to be as glamorous sometimes, but you know yourself how rewarding it is. Everything is more beautiful. Problems are fewer. Smiles are bigger. The world becomes a better place. It'll never be perfect and that's just life. But it'll be so much closer to perfect. Thanks to ac/DC for me finding you guys. Another reason they're a great band

Ok I'm just gonna say it. Y'all are a nice couple and seem like great people but the begging for donations in every video is annoying. Keep doing what you're doing and pay your dues. Earn it by giving good commentary, not by begging. You're not the only ones but the most successful channels don't beg for donations each upload. Bless you and hope for your success :)
