Hey quick question I think the character Blue Devil has on his card "if opponents have an ability on their dial that has a stop clix ability... Give that opponent an additional 2 clicks of damage" how does that apply now?

SUPERNATURAL EXORCISM: When Blue Devil damages a character and a special power is revealed that stops that dial from turning, after actions resolve, deal that character 2 unavoidable damage. Blue Devil's ability happens after actions resolve so it will have the same interaction with the new STOP clicks as it did before. Even though STOP can't be countered or ignored (which means any damage reducers aren't going anywhere) the damage he deals is unavoidable and will go through. The one exception may be Proteus, since the rules teams has decided to forget what unavoidable means, however if the attack was done in close combat it will still get through Proteus' power.
