My guess is the reason why Oz left Sophia is that Nadia exposed his secrets and plans in front of Sophia. So, Sophia now knows for certain what Oz is up to and Oz knows that Sophia knows. He might as well leave her behind if he ain't gonna kill her.

I don’t know why but I feel like when the episode picks right up he’s gonna go back and save her. In the promos they all show her and penguin together

​@@Theprotagonist20000 That's because Episode 4 is a flashback to when Oz was her driver. That being said, it will be really interesting to see how Oz is supposed to get to the top of the pile if he has all 3 of the big players against him (Maronis, Sofia and Falcones after Sofia exposes him to the rest of the family).

Stuttering ain't a simple fix, Tre - it's doable, but it takes work. There are definitely powerful examples of people who overcame it (James Earl Jones, Samuel L Jackson, Rowan Atkinson, Sam Neill, Nicole Kidman, Marilyn Munroe...) but if you hear their stories it takes time. Roxy didn't open the bag, Vic was having a _super_ intense PTSD flashback and spilled it. Roxy was watching, didn't really understand, but quickly helped him clean up and calm down. I'm still trying to get a bead on her - she _seems_ genuinely interested in Vic, but given how this show works I could see it as a set up. Really glad you guys are enjoying this 🙂
