12:39 Sir, but Anatomy professors have taught that platysma is supplied by cervical branch, and injury to cervical branch can lead to lower lip weakness. So in that sense can't it be Cervical Branch of Facial Nerve.

sir, pertaining to the question of parotid gland nerve injuries, isnt option c- cervical branch of facial nerve a better answer, considering the clinical vignette and that it innervates platysma which helps in lower lip movements as well ?

Sir the breast cancer staging question and your options seem incomplete. they gave pathological diagnosis as invasive dutal carcinoma... and i think it was not just stage 3B given in the option... some 'If' was there which I can't recall

30:56 Sir in this a ‘supine’ xray was given of the pt, which meant the left chest area was totally white out. The answer remains hemothorax, just for recall in qbank purposes. It was not evident as of the q on slide. And 24:00 Wilm’s q did have the 95% as the number. Answer remains as D only as you said. Thanks for recalls, surgery 🐐 for a reason. 🙏

Sir surgical evacuation in edh is done if gcs falls below 8 or clot > 30ml or midline shift more than 1.5 cm but in question gcs is 10??
