1. Use heavy moisturizer like Re'equil moisturizer normal to dry one 2. Use primer which is for dewy n hydrating purpose like Maybelline dewy one for affordable range 3. Try foundation which is dewy rather matte like Kay beauty 4. Use concealor hydrating too 5. Loose powder try to minimise the loose as it's very drying 6. Makeup fixer is must even if you have applied any any loose powder it make it melt , n use dewy makeup fixer not matte one cuz that will dry you out. 6. Try creamy products unlike powdery products like liquid blush n liquid highlighter
