Madam, I think you have confused Turkish with North African cuisine. What you have shown here at Elyssa restaurant is North African cuisine (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Libya). Turkish cuisine is substantially different because Turkiye is not even in North Africa.

Cher Monsieur - Thank you for your insights. I appreciate your writing. The video should precise that it is a Moroccan or Tunisian meal in a Turkish restaurant. Because the owners are Turkish😊 The mystery and charms of Marseille - We never know “Who is who”😃

@@SeekingHorizons Well that certainly makes sense

well, I agree that, some of them are not TURKISH CUISINE

None of them is Turkish Madame. We do not have bitter orange drink, peppermint tea, kuskus and desserts like these. None of them is Turkish. Another thing is Harissa. As you are wrong harissa is not English. 😂😂 All completely is Arabic. Tunusien, Algerian, Maroccan kitchen... Please you should learn the cultures before starting...

I do agree. Thank you for taking time to explain in detail. And sorry for the confusion. I was told that the restaurant owner is from Turkey, so I should precise it is a North African dish. However, the video did mention “on the way to the restaurant” that we would taste a North African couscous.

Hahaha. Sorry to confuse our viewers. Will have more decisions in the future. A typical North African meal in a restaurant with Turkish owners. 😁
