Since this coronavirus I decided to go back in time and I just said I got to remember the good feel movies Xscape a little while and I stumbled onto the goodbye girl I have not seen it in years well what a treat and while viewing I picked up some things that I never picked up on before and I also remember seeing Marsha Mason in chapter two a wonderful movie when I think back and I did not realize she was married to Neil Simon and she's playing the story of her life in this movie movie chapter 2. I would like to find it Neil Simon was a great writer he's got me interested in script writing something that I never quite thought about but I am fascinated with his perfect organic style of writing. here at home and I'm just grateful for that the movies in the 50s 60 70s and 80s were the best

I haven't followed Ms. Mason's career closely (although I recall when her star was rising in Hollywood), but this interview is valuable: She is a smart, sensitive, and wise dramatic artist. It's a real pleasure to watch.

Tim Sika - I've been racking my brain trying to remember the good looking male actor that was her long time companion.

Wow - Marsha is a really well spoken individual. Wonderful interview and such a relaxed atmosphere too. Ernie always seems to establish an excellent rapport with all of his guests, it's as though they are all truly friends outside of the interview. And how cool is it that Marsha was a stone cold race car driver for 7 years and was a close to the top competitor?! Very Very Cool Miss Marsha. I need to look up her organic farm website. Anyone know what it might be? Thanks for posting this!

She should have won the Oscar for "The Goodbye Girl" and Emmy for "Frazier".
