I'm out of breath as I'm typing this! Great warm-up + workout! I've had a BOSU for many years now and most recently have been using it for balancing/strengthening my left ankle from a strained ligament. This video added in some well needed cardio! Thanks!

The timer is great because after you’ve done this a few times, you can turn on your music to go with the workout, without listening to the verbal again...

I live your exercisise , because you do IT slow and carefully. For me find and do exercisise is very hard as i AM after 2 surgery od my knees . But when i AM worki out with you i dont fell any pain.

Hi! I'm trying to lose weight and get toned. I alternate your workouts everyday. Should I be adding some weight workout to get toned at the end of your workouts to get toned ?

If you have the energy go for it - these circuits are short so you can definitely combine them. Will work on creating some playlists which recommend combos!
