Marshall by name, Marshall by nature. The Jackhammer delivers Marshall rhythm tones by the articulated lorry load and punches WAY above its billing weight. Its Overdrive and Distortion modes offer two vastly different tonal palettes, with enough gain and volume on tap for any amps, whilst the contour and frequency controls let you dial in that distortion setting for most heavy genres.
For me, The Jackhammer excels at rhythm tones, and easily matched pedals 4x the price, thats not to say its lead tones weren't as sweet, but I felt the amount of controls sent a simpleton like me into a whirl and it wasn't as easy as say, The Alexander Jubilee to dial in a sweet spot.
Overall a fantastic pedal, and in terms of bang for buck, easily at the top of the list!

Still a good pedal and at 15 quid they're a steal. The blues lick at 2.10 at the end of the mayhem, haha!

Fuckin great pedal!! That sound at the end was the pedal OFF!! hahaha for a £15 pedal it screams like a badass!
