Colleen! I have my BA in theatre and at 27 years old have not set FOOT on a stage since I graduated in 2018. It is such a creative longing that I can empathize with what you're feeling about missing performing. I just wanted to pop down here and tell you I believe in you I saw you in Seattle in 2015 and have witnessed firsthand the awesome energy you can bring to the stage. I can understand that Miranda may be a thing of the past due to all the *drama*, as much as that hurts my heart to say, I have complete faith that you will find your way to the stage again. I studied mostly experimental theatre in college. Weird, fun art is a passion of mine, you have inspired me to one day find a way to create my own art and share it with the world. I absolutely love that you shop at places like Target and Marshalls. My son is 2 and I would get excited when Wes would have the same outfits as my son 😊. To this day (in a non creepy way) anytime I see anything with construction trucks at a store I show it to my husband and say how I think Flynn would love it. I’ve watched and grown with you for over 10 years. I grew up in a conservative Christian home, have 3 kids, been through a divorce and now am happily married to my best friend and couldn’t relate more to you in so many ways ❤

Girl I would love to see you on stage again!! But I get it, anxiety is pure evil. Just know we love you. I took my young daughter to see you in May and it was so freaking special to us. It was just days before the one year anniversary of my moms sudden passing. We needed you. It was so good to smile and laugh again. TTQ: Hello Colleen! What are some things you do to keep Christmas and Flynn's birthday separate and special? My son is turning 1 (ahhhh) two weeks after Christmas and I want to make sure it doesn't feel like Christmas part two as he gets older.

My bday is 2 weeks after Christmas and it never felt like an extension of Christmas! Growing up I actually loved it bc in my mind I got to ask for more gifts than my siblings (lol middle child problems). My parents always made my birthday just as special as anyone else’s in the family, never made me feel like having a bday so close to the holidays was a burden by never talking about money around me (mostly as a little kid so I didn’t ever have to feel guilty for it). They just made the day about me, let me pick what I wanted for dinner, that sort of thing! And avoid combining Christmas and birthday gifts as much as you can! At least when they’re in those early years where your birthday feels so magical. Hope this helps :)

(This will probably get lost in a sea of comments but) Today Dec, 10 has been 2 years since Wesley came home! I remember the car vlogs and hospital vlogs and you saying “it feels like they’ll never come home” and I’ve been following you since Bailey’s iconic “I want to be a problem when she grows up” you and the kids have come so far and I don’t think I could be more proud! When I was younger I didn’t thing I would live past the age of 16 and now I have wonderful family who have supported me through thick and thin of me transitioning. In just a few weeks my step mom will be giving birth to twin girls! And I have a 2.5 y/o brother as well and it is my duty to make him and my other cousins the happiest they can be. I felt a similar loss when I realized I'd never do a ballet performance again. I did ballet on the professional track for 15 years of my life. Every year in November and April, I would have a show. Long story short, I got injured and the leadership in my company was very abusive, so I had to make the very painful decision to leave. Over the years I've tried to get back into ballet professionally again but I've gotten very triggered from my past experiences and as much as I miss dancing and performing, it was better for my mental health to close that chapter. Sometimes I think of the different choices i could've made or where I'd be if I never got injured, but I know deep down that I'm in the right place in my journey. But the ache of that loss will always be in my heart. I'm sending you all the good vibes and happy thoughts you need while you begin to heal your loss of touring, and I know whatever you choose to do in the future will be wonderful and will fulfill you. ❤
