I used to work at Marshalls. My biggest piece of advice is to go especially right before/right after major holidays. They put a bunch of stuff on sale in order to get it out of the store as fast as possible.

I noticed that too about them moving things around. My local Walmarts have been doing that, and I have to search the store now for the regular items I buy. Kinda irritating, but I'll get used to it eventually, lol
