Another optional exotic for non hunter exotics is rat king. Especially for the plate room

True, Risk Runner is a fine option also. There's a lot of Arc at play with the Solar, especially from the Knights. Even if it's not in your hand, it passively protects you. (Plate Room)

For the plate room, I heavily recommend the rocket launcher Ascendancy. With all the chaos, I found it extremely hard to deal with the high up boomer knights via precision weapons. And, with all the kills you can get, orbs are easy to come by for the perk, and it oneshots them. Also, with a finder mod on, witherhoard drops disgusting amounts of purple bricks. I was using my RL for the orb knights and the boomer knights. I started out with a threaded needle, but changing that one thing made it a breeze on my warlock.

The boomer knights usually spawn around the same time as the thralls begin rushing you though, you can easily blow yourself up if you're not careful. I used sleeper, it one shots the boomer knights even without precision hits and stag for survivability for the couple of seconds when I needed to refresh devour after dunking. In the end a lot of stuff works in that room, as long as survivability is priority n.1

@@ugorizzoli5830 the only thing I don't like about sleeper is that it takes up my exotic slot, and there are so many good add clear exotics for this fight. I ended up putting a witherhoard on the ground in front of me, so I never worried about the thrall jumping in front of my rockets. Though, if you're not careful, the boomer shots can hit your rockets mid-flight, which sucks. But yeah, whatever keeps you alive is the best strategy. Being able to last in that room is what gets you through the encounter.

5:16 i find that assassins cowl + top tree arcstrider is way better than void invis for this encounter. There are plenty of adds to get your health/invis back, and you can clear the knights with a one two punch shotgun. When carrying the orb, melee an enemy with the orb to get invisibility and health regen without using your melee charge.

A fun build for warlocks is using bottom tree void, nezarecs sin, telesto, equip heavy handed and make sure the second perk is active, finally particle deconstruction. Have fun with the unlimited ammo and if you have the telesto catalyst, no reload too. It's what I use when I solo this dungeon and it's a no brainer.

One thing to know is that if you pick up the balls while invisible it will break the invisibility but if you throw a smoke bomb at your feet and imminently pick up the ball the invisibility will kick in as soon as the the pick up timer ends and you'll go invisible with the ball in your hands.

warlock is the best class to do it solo,especially in 3rd encounter with devour,izanagi+smg to clear adds+seasonal rocket,can dunk 2 relics then kill almost all knights with 1 rocket,well of radiance on last encounter,3 phase with sword-easy

The loadout I ran was also a Nightwarxh, but I used Telesto and Threaded Needle. Having Telesto made it so damn easy cause it has no damage falloff and easily kills enemies s as t any range with P.D.

So I'm currently using doom fang fists and can only make my titan have 103 resilience, the rest are pretty well scattered I'm not sure the numbers but just that makes my falling guillotine OP, when I was using the exotic that increases clinching for swords I could survive almost any attack and more if I really payed attention, sword 90 guard and 70+ impact slays, tireless and honed we are

Bottom tree solar titan and Double utility kickstart for 100% barricade uptime gives a lot of safety in chamber of suffering. All adds will burn to death while you hide and kill knights

For those that are new and watching this in the newer seasons, Hunters; proceed as normal in the beginning when killing the knight, screecher, and wizard. During the "maze" with the unkillable ogres use void subclass with echo of persistence as one of your fragments and Trapper's ambush as one of your aspects, it'll make your life much easier with those ogres. Same thing goes for the Dunk room. BUT if you want a brainless way to do it then by god does Assassin's cowl make it brainless. Not only do you get 15 seconds of invisibility when you use a finisher but it also damn near fully heals you in the process. With all the banger weapons and crazy builds we got going on in now this dungeon should be pretty easy to solo. Although if your going for flawless solo, by then all means Invis hunter is king for the cautionary player. Only loadout requirement I'd say for an absolute breeze is just the Exotic helmet Assassin's cowl. Use a rocket launcher in the dunk room for the knights and switch back to a linear for the wizards in the death gauntlet and final boss. Other than that good luck to all the new lights and wish you the best!

just soloed Pit of Heresy as a titan, died alot on 2nd encounter and final boss fight. took me 3 hours. cautionary notes: on boss fight, circle around arena killing ads, they've contributed to many deaths and its safer to do so. circle around arena after killing a wizard/shreiker/knight etc. looking for ads, they respawn after every sub boss kill. Also helps to farm ammo if your missing any be aware of smaller ads running around the center, they can actually body block you and cause you to die. for damage phase, I kept jumping to remain airborne as much as possible while aiming with gjallarhorn (because smaller ads got in the way, hit my rocket and caused me to die. Also to avoid the suicide ads too). if your trying for flawless, you dont get any benefits for being fast so take your time. however the longer the fight, the longer the possibility of something random happening that can kill you. Flawless is possible, I believe of the dungeons out there, Pit is probably the easiest to get flawless.

One Question. Suppose I'm in the middle of a flawless run. I'm done with the tunnels, and then I'm trying to solo the totem encounter: How do I make the ogres despawn? Is there any method? Because every single time I've tried it these ogres literally AREN'T despawning and just kind of standing there in the entrances, shooting at me DURING the next encounter. They only despawn after I've died once.

use invis hunter with rocket launcher to kill the knights and MAKE sure you have the exotic helmet assassin's cowl. It'll make you invisible and nearly full heal you when use your finisher on an enemy. Make sure to have echo of persistence on as one of your fragments for longer invis and trapper's ambush to make your smoke melee make you invis as well. Best of luck to you and i hope this helps.

Damn people behind they missed vanilla glitch cheese when I saw player found glitch in totem with ball I quickly go solo practice failed 10 times finally beat solo flawless and I get more challenge I got 8 times flawless solo hahaha few month later glitch patched oh I’m lucky!
