Thanks to @nooneymotorsports for reminding me about the 2019 Stars & Stripes Package. It was $1,995 and could be added to the Challenger and Charger R/T, R/T Scat Pack, and GT trim levels. I don't know production quantities, could not find that info, so I suspect it may be rare enough to be in this top 10 but cannot confirm!

I almost bought a 2013 Charger SRT 392 appearance package in billet silver metallic back in 2016 but somebody got to the dealership before me. I settled on a 2014 SRT in granite crystal metallic.

I’m surprised the Swinger edition scat pack didn’t make it on here, only 1,000 chargers, 1,000 challengers, each 500 F8 green (auto for both), each 300 White Knuckle (auto for both), and each 200 Sublime Green (manual 6-speed for challengers, 8 speed auto for chargers). It’s a 1 year only car for 2023, and it’s only in widebody form. I bought a charger in white knuckle, and I love it!

I have #292 09 Super Bee and the steering wheels stitching is not Orange. I think the 09s were the only ones with out the coloured wheel stitching between the 07-09s. I always noticed that and thought it was weird

FCA told me my 2021 Dodge Durango RT with Tow n Go , Blacktop, F8 green, leather interior, HK 19 sound, Cargo Group, and black Brembos, was THE only one built to those exact specifications. I ordered it like that in Nov. 2020. Would that be considered a "rare" model? or are we looking at only packages?

Yeah I don’t consider those a rare model just a more unique build, because if you get into those specs most vehicles will be a 1 of a much smaller amount because you opted for this or that option. Truthfully, if you customized the car when ordering then it will probably be max 1/100 or less as not everyone will order sunroof, brembos, packages, even you could get racing stripes which im sure they didn’t do much of. I just considered vehicles that had a limited production run (so Dodge says we won’t make any more than this) with the exception of the 2017 SRT 392 which takes into account the entire trim level for the whole year since it happened to be the lowest produced year of any Charger SRT model since 2006.

Funny how "Hemi Orange" looks more like copper, on the early 2000s Daytona Charger, or red, like on the 2009 Super Bee. I've seen both cars at varying times in Utah. Another rare Charger is the Dub Edition.

I guess I would have thought more people would take advantage of the combined savings? Today I finally heard from Stellantis and my Challenger has been built and shipped to the dealer. Wahoo. I just received an update from Dodge, my 2023 Challenger SPWB F8 T/A is finally in production. I'll be set for a long time. I've had the Charger a year in July and have 2,000 miles on it, thanks to an 06 Subaru Outback sedan as a daily driver. I'm not really sure how to post photos on KZbin. Lol.

Good video as usual but you missed a pretty rare special edition. So rare in fact I only just found out about it a few weeks ago myself. It's the 2007 SRT Plum Crazy. Apparently for that model year there were only 400 vehicles made in the Plum Crazy color and much like the other special editions it comes with the serialized dash plaque with your vehicle's unique serial number.

Yeah thanks for pointing that out, I actually just decided from the beginning that a color couldn’t make the list on its own without being a special model (like Stone White but it’s a Daytona, Hemi Orange but it’s a Super Bee). Reason being I already did a rare colors video and it leaves me open to doing an updated one. So like the 07 SRT8 is identical to every other SRT8 aside from the purple, whereas the Super Bees lets say are different even if details are small. The colors are also difficult to track down. They also usually bring the colors back as well. From my data, 2007 they had 300 Plum Crazy SRT8s and 1,520 Daytonas, but there were also only 152 Plum Crazy’s on the 2013 SRT8s and just 48 Hemi Oranges (hard info to find though as some of these may have been Super Bees but I can’t find that out conclusively.) And I want to say Jazz Blue was the rarest 2015 Charger color (131 across all SRTs and Hellcats) simply because nobody wanted to order it 😂. So yeah the colors make it tougher and I decided not to do them here, gotta have rules or else the video would be difficult to do. I had no idea they had serialized plaques though that’s new info to me!

I have a 2018 Charger R/T and the only things that make it unique are I checked every box (Except Engine block heater; I really wanted the upgraded suspension and brakes which put it on par with the 5.7 Daytona) and its color which is F8 Green. I got in touch with PLMCRZY a few years back for the breakdown of R/Ts and they built 136 in that shade. Guess people don't like the color as much as I do

@@MarspeedCars The 3.92 rear was very quick off the line and the auto stick was fun. It had the super trackpack suspension as well. I upgraded the exhaust it was a beast. It was my daily. Had 2016 and 2020 widebody’ as well. The superbee sits in the garage. My daily is a 21’ Ram 2500 cummins limited.

I would say it’s more like a Hellcat with all those features and just the 6.4 Engine. Scats now can be way more barebones (like cloth seats or just Alcantara if you upgrade, no adaptive suspension, smaller brakes, etc.)

I have a 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona 392, still not sure if it’s an SRT or RT? The dealer described it as having everything they put in a Hellcat that same model year, with the exception of the supercharger. It’s done in the Yellow Jacket color, 1 of 73 built.
