Only way that’s possible is if he’s a smash stick player which there’s no shot. This would also be a weird time to pick f tilt. I’m pretty sure he assumed the terry would mash crack shoot or burn knuckle.

As a Sephiroth main, I think that he is much better to play offline because he can actually reactively punish things and he doesnt have to worry about getting mashed on that much

On the flip side, his aerials are easier to parry because most aren't fast. Because of this, he actually has to worry more about getting mashed on because characters who fight close up can parry to close the gap.
