49:46 quote that Martín praises your recognition of…I am of Celtic, Scottish, Germanic, and “North American” Indigenous decent but I look like a “curly blonde haired, blue eyed white girl”…my tribal heritages of these different lines of humanity were lost thousands of years ago up until modern times when my great grandmother was forced off the land she knew and into a school where she was not allowed to speak her language or honor her culture…yet somehow my heritage lives on and is awakened in me as I live in these modern times; somehow (by going inward and honoring spirit and nature) I am connected to my ancestors and to a knowing of a different way of life than that which I am entrenched in, in this “modern” (I would say, “barbaric” society). Thank you for posting these talks with Martín. ❤
