The show is set in 1958 in Toledo, a small city in Spain. Marta and her family are the owners of a perfumery, where Fina works as a sale assistant. Fina's family and Marta's know each others and are in good terms since they were kids because Fina's dad was the driver for Marta's family. Marta is married but her husband works as a doctor in the navy so he's always around the world and they rarely see each others, but now he's back in town.
