Hi Queen Shiba, it’s so sad this Beautiful family was broken up due to Martel’s actions. My heart goes out to all the children especially Tank, you can feel the joy and sparkle in his eyes to see his Parents back together doing things for the kids. I agree with you that I also enjoy seeing Mel & Martel together when it’s positive and good healthy energy especially around the kids Melody, gave Martel another chance to prove himself by extending the trip to him because he looked like he was starting to respect her, but unfortunately he failed and went back to his old self and now that door is closed, so sad he just threw his family away for someone he doesn’t even claim publicly.

I give Melanie credit, she did try to establish some kind of normalcy with Martell. However, he took every little thing that she did for him has him thinking that they were going to get back together. After the trip, he saw that Melody did not want him and that’s why he started acting up again. He is stupid, because she could’ve been a great friend to him, and maybe help him make some more money. I am sure, she has totally wiped her hands of him outside of having to deal with him with the kids.

DESTINY was MARTEL’s friend initially. Any grace that MELODY allows DESTINY is not truly appreciated (it is very obvious). There was a point when MELODY almost begged DESTINY to tell her what was the issue between them. And, DESTINY actually said YOU KNOW. MEL response was I don’t know. DESTINY continued to say you know. He arrogantly stepped outside of his marriage for years with no remorse or second thought, paying rent, taking that woman on trips, buying, or rather paying for her vehicle , just arrogant because he thought Mel would never leave. But, he took things just too far, and the player got got. He's lost it all, and thank God Mel is over him. She actually appears to be disgusted at the fact that she stayed as long as she did and has absolutely no intent to ever let him in her life again. Koodos to Melody Shari, and I wish her continued success . God truly blessed her beyond measures when she let that slum go and put her trust totally in God! What an amazing God we serve. As far as momma Holt, she stated herself she lost her family, so that's no surprise what you stated! She was basically living vicariously through her son and his family. She also got on him about what he did if you guys remember that scene. If not, go back and watch the episodes when his world fell apart. As far as the show, they can kick Martell, Tisha, Wanda, Destiny, and Tiffany off the show, revamp with a new cast, or I'm done. I can't wait to see the reunion!!

The thing people don't see about the Mel/Tel connection is that below the surface Mel has not only walked away from hotell but she took a part of his spirit/soul with her. That is a part no other female nor male will ever be able to have from him regardless to how many partners he has in his future. Mel may not realize this herself but unknowingly and with no effort at all she possess a part of his inner being that even he's not intelligent enough to realize how it happened. It's an eternal pain that will never die. Some men will drive down the street where their ex exist cause they can't resolve their eternal pain. Hotell has songs like by Patrick Swanzey (She's like the wind) playing over and over in his head haunting his existence, making him look twice in the mirror to see who's really in the reflection. the situation is to sophisticated for him.to understand, comprehend or resolve. It"s all on a higher level than he's capable of understanding. He operates on a sublevel that's driven by impulse and no real thoughts or intelligence needed. He operates on going through the motions of a roller coaster, At the end of his narcissist ride he checks himself for injuries disregarding the safety of whomever sat next to him on the same ride. If they sustained any injuries they have to seek help on their own. Plain and simple he's a continuous perpetual basket case in rotation landing in in which ever point of least resistance. Thus people like Sheree and sloslaw presents zero resistance and require zero accountability they have no boundaries and will tolerate whatever the bouncing ball dictates. They're also dumb which makes him feel intelligent in comparison to them, which feeds his narc ego. 😶!

Melody and Martell married at a young age in their twenty. Melody level of mental development and wisdom seem to be beyond Martell, but I'm not saying he's not intellectual. I know that maturity is not a matter of age, but instead, of how you choose to respond and react to various life situations, but he knows that he fumbled the ball in their marriage. Now she has surpassed him in growth, communication, creative thinking, collaboration, flexibility and critical thinking. Through all his wrong actions and bad behavior. We all get one life, and some of us get second chances, we have to learn to take every opportunities presented to us and make the best of it. Time is precious and limited, Mel does not have anymore time or energy to waste on those who could not, or would not see the vision or opportunities before them. Martell is just a lost cause, he may want his position back, but he damn sure don't want his family back because he has not done anything internally to heal or fix himself. Martell brought all this dead weight into and onto the family, but God said they have to go. We just need to keep Melody and the children lifted up because the rest of them are looking for the next best thing to attach themselve to. Let Mel be free, she stated she does not want Martell back. Looks are very deceiving.

I agree about Destiny. I haven’t seen a season where she has genuinely or authentically given to the cast members without expecting something back. She’s done nothing but take from those she has close contact with. She acts like an only child or the only girl in a family where the family caters to her.
