Man, dont get me wrong, i love the RE/Silent Hill style horror games where you have to fight, but these unique conceptual horror games will always be more scary to me because they feel so much more realistic and plausible, even with the fantastic elements. The unique mechanics with the photo lenses is such a cool way to approach level layering. Awesome video man. You're on fire this month brother.

This kind of aesthetic is always so calming and cozy and immersive for me, even in a horror game. you know that “long ago but not too terribly long ago”, that vibe of antiquity. This was the storyline of a horror movie from many many years ago, called Solstice. Movie was okay, so hopefully the game is much better. But also, the movie didn't take place in WWII time. Not that I remember at least.

i've always said that when a game has a good story u feel anxious throughout and it really doesn't need a lot of jump scares, specially when there's the kind of 'spooks that something just appears without any sound cue, those are the BEST 'cus u need to be paying attention and sometimes u'r focusing on something else on the captions or somewhere else in the screen and bam when u see urself, but without the screeching loud sound or scream from the char like those without any good plot always have ad nauseam.
