In this video, Christian Hausegger shows you his daily training routine in the nature. Today he is out and about in the Blockheide Eibenstein. Irish and Celtic martial arts, such as Irish Stick Fighting with the Shillelagh, but also Japanese martial arts, such as Takeda Ryu Nakamura Ha, form the basis of his morning routine, which includes breathing exercises, exercises with the stick or Shillelagh and meditation.
