The Dragon Institute | Martial Arts | Orange County, CA - Clip from our recent martial arts demonstration and open house. Students put on the demonstration featuring an introduction to Wing Chun, frequently practiced drills, isolated fight applications, a wooden dummy exhibition and the one-inch punch!
