Obviously this man isn't interested in MMA or other combat sports but trains for health, self-defense, mindfulness, culture, or other reasons. Which is fine not all martial artists want broken bones, brain damage, and other long-term health problems. His skills with weapons and bare hands are good enough for self-defense.

Master Fang is not only a master teacher but a spiritual and wise man. He's someone I would like to study with and meet , but I'm an old 53 year old man, and regular not wealthy
