I dont deny there are some abuses on the part of the military and constabulary during the time of Martial Law, some activist civilian missing, some were turtured, many died on the part of rebel group / CCP-NPA and also in the military, but it doesnt mean the whole country suffered. The problem with this narrative during Marcos Sr. era and Martial Law always focus on the negative side lalo na kung un kwento galing sa mga Anti Marcos na para bang cla lang ang may monopoly ng experiences at kwento, hindi ibig sabihin the rest tahimik lang ay takot na magsalita, baka nmn iba ang experiences nila na taliwas sa mga cnasabi ng dilawan o Anti Marcos kaya iba ang opinion nila. Paanong naging EDSA Revolution? Paanong naging PEOPLE POWER? There was no EDSA REVOLUTION kasi di naman nagbago yung structure ng politics, ideology ng lipunan ganon pa rin.
