Good effort.. Keep it up! However, there have been three martial laws, not four, in the history of Pakistan. The fourth was "emergency" imposed by Gen. Pervaiz Musharraf. In summary: Pakistan has experienced three periods of martial law in its history: 1. The first martial law was declared by President Iskander Mirza in 1958, leading to the appointment of General Ayub Khan as Chief Martial Law Administrator. 2. The second martial law was imposed by General Yahya Khan in 1969, following civil unrest and political instability. 3. The third martial law was enforced by General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq in 1977, leading to a prolonged period of military rule in the country.
