I know this was posted awhile ago and you may not be checking comments now, but if you are, I'd appreciate any help. I can't pair my device. I have a Samsung tablet, running Android 4.4.2, so in theory it should work. The app version I have is 3.1.4 and algorithm is 1.1.14. The app freezes when I try to select the device. Would it help to uninstall and reinstall, or is there a better way to get the device to pair? Thanks.

you can just start a timer, but not set that it should last for 15 minutes from the band itself.

What do you mean by unofficial english software? I bought mi band 3 in Jinan, China for 169 yuan from mi store. I just installed the mi fit app on my android cellphone and selected country as United States(Recommended) and then connected my band through Bluetooth it had update done within 2 minutes, since then my band shows English language.. I wonder whether it should be called unofficial english or official. :)

Andrei Gare amazfit 3 will most likely take another year. For 30$ you get quite a lot. If you can spend 160$ on the amazfit. Do it, I think it looks more awesome

Hello Mr. Martin, thank you very much for your great videos! I have an issue. I updated to English firmware. This morning I tried to charge the unit as I have received with a 51% charge. I plugged it into an iPhone charger. I noticed nothing seemed to be happening. I later read that it is better to charge from a lower volt USB like a PC usb port. I did plug it into my PC USB, and still nothing. Do you have any suggestions? I cannot seem to reset it doing the long press, nothing happens. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Heeft hij lift to wake en komt dat nog of heeft hij dat al want ik heb van andere reviews gezien dat die feature er nog niet was. Ik weet niet of dat klopt maar hoop het niet. True! the Display is much brighter and therefore more easy to read in direct sunlight! The bigger screen allows you to read stuff on it more easy as well. So a win-win situation ? :)

I like the extra features like stop watch, weather, review messages and averages heart rate checking. Had the band 2 for over two years and wear it all the time and I work it a warehouse and has very few scratches. My concern is the round protruding screen won't last long and no way to protect it. I will get it once the English version is out and maybe get the nfc vs.
