I actually choked on ice cream once. I always had a fear of choking as a child and it finally happened one day while I was eating ice cream. It was my favorite: chocolate chip cookie dough, and I choked on one of the cookie dough pieces. It is scary. I ran away from the table and my dad chased after me and gave me the Heimlich maneuver 😂😂😂

I chocked on a peppermint when I was 9 in church 11 years ago. My dad did the Heimlich maneuver. My mom was pretty worried. I lived obviously lol and I’m 20 and an Atheist now btw lol.

I have only once choked and it was on a tootsie pop. I was not even five. I was able to talk but it was all strained “I don’t want to diiiiieeeee” and then I finally puked or coughed it up onto the carpet. My mom was both pissed off and scared.

1:10 I choked on 3 pieces of liquorish once, because I grabbed 3 and stuffed them in my mouth before anyone could see I'd taken 3. Luckily I was able to cough them up again after a while. I then ate 5 different cookies (I was offered 5 cookies in the supermarket, to compare flavours with) but someone offered me a mint while I was still chewing and as a joke, I threw it into the back of my mouth. It got stuck in my throat, I loudly inhaled (all of the crumbs/pieces of cookie) and this ended in a horrifying scéne, where my ex kept punching me on the lower back, because he was as clever as a pigsfart and hadn't paid attention when I'd mentioned 'what to do when I choke' the day *before* (yés, the day befóre..) I then got into a fight with a mentally disturbed kid at school, that clenched his fist around my throat and pinched it, but I managed to fight him off. I then went swimming with two people that I trusted (but shouldn't have) that held me down untill I turned greenfaced and started inhaling water. I then got fever, had a coughing-'attack' and vomited during this, with the vomit stuck in my throat. And on top of it all, I was blue-coloured at birth because of the lack of oxygen (one of the reasons I have ADHD.) So, I'm not afraid anymore, it keeps working out fine.
