Always enjoy your con reviews - I’ve been going for as many years as you have and have of of course noticed the increase in prices to what I would call “smaller” guests. Just to compare for instance Tim Healy at £45 to say Christopher Lloyd who I’ve gotten previously for £35 - it just doesn’t make sense to me. I miss the days where prices were all pretty much standard at £15-20 and then for the bigger names they were £35-45.

I remember when the big guests were £25! I understand the increase in prices especially for the bigger names but as I said in the video I think they’re overpricing the smaller guests and it’s costing them customers.

Hi Martin. Fully agree with your comments on pricing this year. It seems OTT to say the least. Which of your Dr.Who signed prints do you treasure the most?

Hard to say, they’re all special to me as I love all the doctors for different reasons.

I had read on Twitter that LCC Winter was complete pandemonium, so it's interesting to hear someone's experiences as a diamond pass holder. 👍

Always remember that people on social media are quick to complain but slow to praise. Whilst it was in no way perfect and I feel sorry for anyone who didn’t get what they paid for there was no reason why anyone with a Diamond couldn’t have got their photo or autograph if they made sure they were in the right place at the right time.

My daughter bought a diamond pass for Ncuti and wanted a signed photo. Nobody told us that wouldn't be possible so when she went to wait and get her photo signed she was gutted to be told he'd left after the photos! We were on a day trip by coach from the midlands (leaving home at 2am) so couldn't go back Sunday.

That’s a shame but they did announce a few days before the event that he was only going to be there for a limited time on Saturday and the schedule made it apparent he would be unlikely to be signing after 11 as he was in photoshoots from then onwards.

Originally these events stemmed from being around comic books and their creators and that still remains a substantial element to the convention. The film and TV aspect has naturally taken over but most of the films and shows are still connected to comics in some way. Until recently this event was actually called the London Film and Comic Con but in recent years they have abbreviated the name.
