I saw Marty doing his living room show in Chicago back in the early-mid 70s... still have one or two of his old LPs but no record player... Days of Wine & Neuroses... Wish Marty Mull was on tv more... noses run in my family too

I liked Steve Martin since "Shopgirl"; then I fell in love with him with "The pleasure of my company". And many years later, he still keeps me interested with his talent. And yeah, his love for art is the spice in our relationship.

Mr. Martin, I know a bunch of us would pay BIG money and break our faces wide open with a smile if we could see you and Mr. Mull together on stage. Perhaps a modification of his living room tour, with the two of you playing some of your old & new material? I would melt away in some young Boomer's version of a satori. Puhleeeeeeeze?

Hi Denyse, I am a Steve Martin fan too...but I had a hard time with Shopgirl. What was it that captured your fancy? It always disturbs me when men go for women who are clearly not their peers...but instead objects of beauty. Clearly, Steven Martin is a genius...and I love Paul Simon and Eddie Brickell...but I feel like I need to look away from the fact they are with women that they could have fathered. If I didn't love Eddie too, It would make it even harder to palate.
