To my ears the Yamaha sounded the richest in all scenarios. ( the A&L was also nicely rich-sounding )

I have that Martin if it the ooo size and that ovation and a similar Yamaha. The Martin is made to be played hard and the Ovation only sounds good plugged in. The Yamaha is just good all around. Now that I’ve heard a Furch I am interested, thanks.

My favourite would be the Furch. The Martin doesn't seem to be worth the money. Not amazing sound. But I think now the Fruch costs as the Martin. You got it on a good price for 1000 Euro
@whatsupchicken2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment. The Furch is great for sure. The thing is what I realised you cannot have a real deep evaluation until you play on the instrument. Probably everybody knows this but still. From this video I would probably pick the Furch myself however when I actually play on them nothing beats the Martin. Of course it is personal subjective etc but is just singing for me the most. Lower volume probably less balanced but it has that for me very special thing when it is soft and punchy silky but tensed in the same time kind of sound and this is what you cannot hear from the video I guess. May the music be with you!

@@whatsupchicken Thanks for the details. Indeed it's something else when you sit with the instrument itself and feel it. Anyway, it seems like you have very nice guitars. I have an older Larrivée now that I love the sound and feel. It sounds better than all I've had my hands on by now

@@77guitarts22 Thank you, I heard a lot great things about those guitars. I guess after all you need one superb one you love to play on. How about electric guitars do you also have a favorite one? Or ones?
@77guitarts222 жыл бұрын
@@whatsupchicken That's true but there are so many different tastes to the sound... I play very little electric. They don't seem as diversely different as the acoustics. But I seem to enjoy better the LP style of electrics for the feel and sound.

@@77guitarts22 I recently got an ibanez as75 a semi hollow style guitar and to be honest I play on that mostly. It is very quiet but louder a tad bit then the usual electrics it chimes nicely and still has the Gibson style neck with electric strings to play easy like on an electric. I use it just unplugged almost always it is very cool.

Mancavano solo i mandolini e qualche chitarra elettrica!! PS A me il pollo piace con le patate al forno!! Ciao

I like the comparisons, but don't understand why you put up twelve strings against six strings. Was there a purpose to that?
@whatsupchicken2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment, not nescesserely make sense to compare them however you can have an idea about how those guitars sounds like.
