These farmer restaurants are the best, clean as well too. They even let you back in the kitchen to verify it. Sadly the land is just so polluted that no matter how fresh their ingredients are or how clean their kitchen and preparation methods are, it’ll still be one hell of a toxic meal :/

The Chinese Duckbill fish aka Paddlefish are a critically endangered species. How is this restaurant allowed to serve this and how are these people not behind bars? Very irresponsible of you, Mr. Yan.
