It's refreshing to see that he's actually doing the backing vocals live. The old bassist did studio vocals but nothing live so it it sounds more full when you have those live vocals. If he ends up a full-time member, they not only get a hell of a singer, he wrote a lot of riffs and lyrics on the last couple of AILD albums - it would elevate them to that next god tier level.

Yes it certainly is, even though I loved earlier AILD with Josh's vocals and his energy was perfect for their band THEN, no ifs ands, or buts; however that was a long enough run with not to mention a singer who has allegedly confessed to hiring a hitman to shoot his wife. I mean I'm overjoyed if anything that a guy with his skill and his vocal abilities found a place for himself to shine as a bassist and backing vocalist his music career brought it up a few notches with his incorporation to Spiritbox.

Mutually parted ways and Josh is a temporary fill-in for the tour they're on. Read up on it through Spiritbox socials and don't believe everything you see because even though he's great, he's definitely not part of the band right now. It took Zev over a year to become a member and Mike already writes the bass parts as well so there's no immediate pressure for a replacement is how I see it.
