Mateus plays in his own league but this chemistry is magic. Really like his phrasing, ideas, virtuosity , emotional expression and positive connection to the others. Also his chordwork from 4.25…great stuff and a peaceful message in a hard time. Music is it!

Can't seem to stop watching this. The guitar work is incredible, and so is all the other musicianship, including the singing. And maybe most incredible-it's a real, live recording. The problem with popular music is that most folks don't have a clue about what goes into it and they only respond to the "radio version". This is vastly superior. Thanks guys, it's inspiring!

Martin, I just have to say this. Growing up in the 70s and 80s, I wasn't a fan of fast playing because it seemed to be just that, playing fast, but lacked musicality, imo. Then I heard Satriani, and I lit up. Here we had a player who knew how to use speed for the song. I was awe struck by the melodic sense even when he played fast. Watching you play, brings me back to those days. Keep it up man. Well done, well done. God bless...
