I'm sooo ecstatic to have found this gem of a video!!! 'All About U' is my absolute favorite record of all time, period. The vocals convey and evoke such contemplative, yet lighthearted feelings and paint a vivid picture that I can mold into my own. Of course I've memorized every lyrical detail of this song from the minor Dru Down part at the beginning to the timing of the well-known Snoop Dogg rabble at the end. But the vocals wouldn't mean a thing (including the exquisite Nate Dogg hook) without that instrumental. To me the most pleasing arrangement of sound I've ever heard. I've tried to deconstruct what makes this instrumental so aesthetically pleasing and have consulted with those more musically trained around me and to them, the track seems reasonably simple yet entirely more complex as they dove deeper into intrinsic qualities of this record. Simply put, this is a record I can (and do) listen to inexhaustibly anytime, anywhere. This track just never gets old. No matter what "mood" I'm in nor what genre I've been listening to, 'All About U' always fits the mood. I've been in love with this song since the first time I laid ears on it, nearly 7 years ago (I came onto the scene just after Tupac's passing) and ever since then I've scoured the internet, looking for more details on this song, and an instrumental of course. Nearly every so called "instrumental" I've come across has simply been a loop, taken from 10-15 seconds of the song, stretched out to cover the original track length. Although it's satisfying, it certainly doesn't match up to the real thing, as I know every last detail of the instrumental in my head, including my favorite part which comes between minute 3.16-3.35 during the final Nate Dogg hook just before Snoop's part. This portion of the instrumental seems to drop the bass(?) or a part of it and that pleasing high pitched sound (which from what I gathered is the 'synth', or synthesizer?) comes in clearest while a lower pitched, soft, euphonious, harmonic sound can be felt most intensely. This soft, low sound is very hard to describe, and I'd assume if I were musically trained I'd be better equipped with the vocabulary necessary to describe accurately what I'm hearing, but if that is a stand alone sound or the result or wake/residue of another instrument, I'd be greatly appreciative to know. Reminiscing is great on occasion, and this track can certainly aid in that process, but more than anything this song puts me in a prospective mood. Records that can evoke such forward-thinking, positive vibes are hard to come by and may be the most valuable for us in our lives. Every once in a while I'll type in "2Pac All About U" in KZbin and just scroll through page upon page of videos related to this song. I swear I've seen almost every video that has anything at all to do with this record; this is how passionate I am about this particular song. I've even come across a couple instrumental remakes, albeit on a small scale, employing a simple computer program or mobile app, but they're always fun to listen to and add a slightly different imprint on this general sound. Of course nothing like what I've seen right here comes close to the amount of detail and quality in this video. I had to scroll down more than 7 pages to find this video and was shocked when I began to watch. I was like, "Is this dude actually re-creating the WHOLE instrumental, all the pieces?!?!" Then to see how recently this was posted induced an even greater amount of excitement as the last video that was this powerful regarding 'All 'Bout U' (the piano version) was posted just as I'd first heard the record. This video has definitely inspired me to rekindle my training on the keyboard and now start learning how to use a drum machine and whatever else needed to create this track. I enjoy plenty of music, but I shall learn how to create music initially and mainly to learn how to re-create this sound as you have. 'Hats', 'Upbeats', 'Sizzles', these are terms I've never heard of before so I'm quite excited to expand my knowledge and pick up this terminology. I feel as though knowing this will deepen my already wholehearted passion for music, this song in particular. You made it seem oh so easy, and I truly aspire to be able to do exactly what you have shown. I hope and believe that I can make my own, slightly different version of this song or even find a way to further exact the instrumental as to truly re-create it in the way of the late, great Johnny J, one of my musical heroes. Finally, for I know I've probably gone on longer than any comment you've had before, I'd like to add that I have briefly searched through your Instagram and Soundcloud accounts and have not been able to find this song added there. Would it be possible to upload this finished track to Soundcloud, KZbin, or any place else in its entirety? This would be most greatly appreciated, for I've downloaded the audio of this video and have played the last 25 seconds in Audacity on a loop whilst writing this comment (and haven't tired of it, of course). Further insight on how you made this is gem (a tutorial in greater detail, maybe?) is more than welcome and please, if you ever feel motivated, please do create more homemade 2Pac (and similar) instrumentals, it'd make my subscription to this channel more than worth it. I saw your talkbox content and am excited to view it, as I'm a keen fan of that rare art. That Usher remake was DOPE as well, and I'm already watching 'The Life of a Music Artist'. Thank you so very much for this video. Peace.

Yeah sorry for the late reply. If FL has a basic synth. All it is, is a sine wave with mono portamento / glide. With a chorus effect.
