This has got to be the best demo derby I've seen. The guy laughing sounds like Jimmy Carr. In the USA they drive around a muddy small area so they never hit to hard. Here they are seriously moving. Gutsy stuff. The bigger buses probably have mid engines so they keep going and going. .

Its not a demo derby, in banger racing it is still technically an actual race(first across the line wins), its just contact is allowed. Generally there are two types of banger racers, those trying to win races and those trying to wreck cars(both other cars and their own). Occasionally banger racing events will also hold demolition derbies as well though.

Probably wrecked, its quite possible the drivers never even intended to finish the race(for a lot of drivers the fun is in purposefuly wrecking their cars)

So do they just keep going around the track trying to ram each other until theres only one Vehicle left running or is it laps? Also, I assume the vans have very little petrol or diesel in them to make fires unlikely but what are the drivers supposed to do if their Van does catch fire? Its not like your always going to have a operational door in one piece to escape from.
