This is the seventh of 10 episode series where we play 10 different sports against current, or ex professionals of each sport. We then give it a scare rating at the end to determine which sport is the scariest! In this episode we get professional MMA fighter and one of the best coaches in Australia, Adrian Pang, to take us through the paces. He kicks us, takes us down, then we have an actual "fight" against him... it's pretty good. Hopefully Adrian sees this and adopts us.
