"A saint is a sinner who never stops trying". That is so true.

Tis unbiblical and false. He that is weary of sin, come: Through the Holy Spirit, God has put it on me to preach to those lost in the devil's deceit! Hear me when I say, ye that are Catholic have been deceived and know not God. Ye worship Mary, praying to her; when God tells his to worship none other than him. It is idolatry. Catholicism has its own Bible and teachings, which are blasphemous to the word of God: the Holy Bible. As ye follow the teachings of man and not God; ye hear the pope, but not Jesus, yet ye claim to be his disciples! These are but a few things I named ye dwell within; there are many more. I tell you now to repent of your sins, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and you'll receive the gift of the Holy Spirit upon asking the Father! There are *NO* sub-divisions of Christianity. You're either a disciple of Christ or not. A Christian is someone who follows God's word, not a religion. Who obey the Father and follow his will; not man's nor their own heart's. Unless you keep Jesus' commandments, think not the Holy Spirit will dwell within you! They who heed this message and did what was stated with an open heart to God... Read the Holy Bible (KJV) daily and every time before you read, pray to the Father and ask: "Lord I ask that you give me understanding of your word, that I interpret it the way you want me to, and none of my own. I ask you in Jesus' name, amen." Revelation 22:8-9 KJV 8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things. 9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God. Acts 2:38 KJV 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Luke 11:13 KJV 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? John 14:21-24 KJV 21 *He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.* 22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? 23 Jesus answered and said unto him, *If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.* 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and *the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.* 3 John 1:11 KJV 11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. *He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.* 1 John 3:6-10 KJV 6 *Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.* 7 Little children, let no man deceive you: *he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.* 8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9 *Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.* 10 *In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God,* neither he that loveth not his brother.

@@Call_Upon_YAH The sinner has to keep trying... PROVERBS 24:16..."Though the righteous man fall seven times he rises again..." You are still using the KJV??? I'll copy and paste here lest you missed it on the other post - remember you would not have holy scripture without the Catholic Church (even Martin Luther admitted that) : Seven books are missing from the Old Testament: Tobias, Judith, Wisdom, Ecclesiasticus, Baruch, First and Second Machabees - and parts of Esther (10:14 to 16:14) and Daniel (3:24- 90; 13; 14). Why can only be understood by looking at the Jewish History. OLD TESTAMENT We refer to what books make up the bible as "the canon of scripture." There are two canons in Jewish history, both only the OLD TESTAMENT...NOT THE NEW TESTAMENT: 1. Hebrew Canon written in Hebrew. 2. Alexandrian Canon written in Greek. A few hundred years before Christ's birth, approximately 70 jews ( traditionally a few from each of the 12 tribes of Israel) gathered together in Alexandria to translate the Hebrew Canon into Greek. This was refered to as the Septuagint, a pre Christian Greek translation of the Old Testament. By the time of Christ's birth, the Hebrew language was almost a dead language and they spoke Aramaic and many spoke Greek. Now in the Hebrew Canon, the seven additional books are not found, but only in the Alexandrian Canon are they found. Jewish opposition to the additional books of the Alexandrian Canon was due to the circumstances in which the Jews lived and to the spirit of the times. Since the additional books were of comparatively recent origin and since some of them were written in Greek - the language of paganism - they naturally aroused the opposition of the Jews. The fact, too, that the early Christians used the Septuagint in their controversies with the Jews only served to confirm the latter in their opposition to this translation of the Old Testament. So approximately 100 years after Jesus' death...the Christians were using the Old Testament Septuagint, the same as the Catholic Church uses today, but the Jews took those books which they considered uninspired (7 total) and struck then from their Old Testament. At this meeting, the Jews also rejected all new testament writings and that Christ was the Messiah. The Catholic Church has always considered these books as inspired and of the same rank as the other Old Testament books. Her attitude is based upon the following facts: 1) The Apostles and New Testament writers quoted principally the Septuagint. In fact, of the three hundred and fifty Old Testament quotations found in the New Testament, about three hundred are taken from the Septuagint. 2) Some of the New Testament writers made use of the additional books themselves, particularly of the Book of Wisdom, which seems to have been St. Paul's favorite volume. The Epistle of St. James - to take another example - shows an acquaintance with the Book of Ecclesiasticus. If the Apostles and New Testament writers used some of the additional books, did they not thereby approve the Septuagint collection? 3) The additional books were accepted in the Church from the beginning. The Epistle of Pope Clement, written before the end of the first century makes use of Ecclesiasticus and Wisdom, gives an analysis of the book of Judith, and quotes from the additional sections of the book of Esther. The same is true of other early Christian writers. 4) The oldest Christian lists of Biblical books contain the additional books. In 382 Pope Damasus in a Roman Council issued a formal list of Old and New Testament books and the list contains the same books as we have in our Bibles. 5.) Finally, Christian art of the first four centuries - especially that found in the catacombs and cemeteries - furnishes among others the following illustrations from the additional books: Tobias with the fish (Tobias 6), Susanna (Daniel 13), Daniel and the dragon (Daniel 14), the angel with the three children in the fiery furnace (Daniel 3:49), Habacuc and Daniel in the lion's den (Daniel 14:35). The Protestants of the sixteenth century objected to the additional books because of the doctrinal teachings of these books. The Second Book of Machabees, for example, contains the doctrine of purgatory, of prayers and sacrifices for the dead (12:39-46) The book of Tobias teaches the importance in the eyes of God of good works. Martin Luther, whose translations many protestant versions arise, (new international version new king james version or king james version, etc.) could not reject some without excluding all of the additional books. Hence, in drawing up their list of Old Testament books they went back to the first collection of Biblical books of the Palestinian Jews- The Hebrew Canon. They removed the additional books, which had been in the Bible up till 1517 and placed them at the end of the Bible in a special appendix. In addition, they labelled them as "apocryphal" (spurious, uninspired), a designation which lowered them in the eyes of the Protestants.

Father Reginald Garrigou-Lagrange wrote of a daily martyrdom of death, though no less heroic, of labors, pains, and continual tribulations. All the saints tell us the same thing through their lives, namely, that the ardent charity that burned in their hearts consumed them little by little, for this is the law of love. I envy all you parishioners I go to Roman Catholic Church that was built in the 70s. It's God's house, but I missed the church I grew up in and I look at your church and it is so beautiful. Don't miss a chance not to go to mass or adoration.

I’m Canadian and I am seeing poor disabled people use MAID ( medical assistance in dying ) to die stating they are too poor to live. You just call the 1-888 number and you can die within a couple days. Our Prime Minister thinks this is the right thing to do. Nobody including someone’s parents can stop the process unless the caller changes their mind. Don’t think people aren’t calling : many are , the poor, the mentally ill, veterans, the lonely, the depressed and those near death.

1. When you do not believe in the authority of the Catholic Church, why then do you use the New Testament when it was the Cathoilc Church Who declared what books were inspired therein? 2. Did you know that it was the Catholic Church who named the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John? The Four Gospels did not have authors that were recorded and the Catholic Church follows the TRADITION that it was written by these four and Protestants to this day follow this TRADITION which was obtained from the Catholic Church. 3. Where does it say in scripture that if something is not found explicitly in scripture it is not true? Why do Protestants hold that the Bible and the bible only is the teachings and traditions of Christianity and why do then thus reject traditions and teachings handed down via the bishops and diciples of the apostles? "There are, however, many other things that Jesus did; but if everyone of these should be written, not even the world itself, I think, could hold the books that would have to be written. Amen."-John 21:25 "So then, brethren, stand firm, and hold the teachings that you have learned, whether by word or by letter of ours." - 2 Thess. 2:15. Just to take a look at what the Catholic Church looks at as following traditions and scripture together, not just scripture alone. Please look up 2 Tim. 2:1-2, John 20:30, 1 Cor. 11:2, 2 Thess. 3:6, 2 Tim 1:13-14, 3:14; 1 John 2:24; Jude 1:17.
