It's amazing the quality of detail on the interior kitchen set up. Considering how small the access shutter is, but then remembering being a 5 year old down on the floor playing with my Matchbox toys, it is just the right size for little people to peer in and imagine the goings on. After all these weren't meant for big hands, they were meant for little hands and big imaginations. 👍😊

If you pour the paint slowly down the bit of sprue you use to stir, it will use less paint and not gum the jar threads up. Love the video. Came out pretty much perfect.

Hi Marty, really enjoying these restorations. The casting detail is truly amazing when seen up close, real works of art. A suggestion for the sauce bottle, label it up and put it somewhere safe. Don't think having that on a sandwich is going to do any one a favour!

The sink is on the right hand side, by the rear door. It has a lid over it. I used to service one many years ago as an apprentice. Very accurate model for its size.

The detail on the interior is stunning. Love the clock. Its something Id love to try detailing. I'm thinking keep the Blue theme but add a stainless steel back splash, chrome accents on the tea dispenser and aluminium with black plastic handles for the spatula and spoon...a grey frypan...and maybe a pink clock....stainless oven...ya know? Miss ya Marty. Been a while since we've seen you.

As it's roughly 1/76 scale, you could fit a figure or two inside. It's a model I've never seen a good example of yet - they always seem to be missing the tow hitch or hinged flap. I'll keep looking.

Oh yes. I kept hoping he wasn’t just going to paint it blue but he did. Such beautiful detail in a small model. How often do you see that? Now it just disappeared and, yes....a scale figure standing inside to finish it off. Marty had a chance to really showcase his skill and instead simply repainted a trailer. Gotta say.....was a little disappointed.

Marty, use some New Skin, a liquid band aid for your cracked fingers. Several coats of it will seal the cracks, heal your skin and allow you to work without pain. As a nurse for 30 years new New Skin works best. Great videos always watching. Mike Ohio USA.
