That part in the video alone really does work as a symbolic picture of animal wisdom in the form of a cat, that people can learn from/be inspired by, because the true cat is the epitome of balance; in the moment, choosing to sit anywhere and allow itself to be at deep inner peace with itself, and its immediate surroundings, being in perfect contact with the body and cancelling out all resistance
