Wet socks? No problem! Here’s a simple trick: pour hot water into a plastic bottle or metal container, slip your sock over it, and place it near a campfire. To keep your socks from getting wet again in your boots, put a plastic bag over them and head to warmth!
☝️ Important: Be careful with boiling water - plastic bottles may deform slightly.
Stay warm out there!

I think usual PET bottles can not endure boilung water.

That's not a problem, the melting point of PET is twice as high as the boiling point of water. You can actually put them directly into the coal, as long as there is liquid in them. But you shouldn't screw the cap on and let the bottle into the fire for too long. The liquid absorbes the heat. When you are in a survival situation and find a plastic bottle, you can use it to boil dirty water and kill bacteria. Then you should build a filter to filter it.

If you fill the boot with snow and empty it couple of times the snow will suck out most of the water.

Add rocks to that hot water, take them out and put them in the boot. It will evaporate the water, just like the sock. Putting a bag over your foot won't keep your foot warm, when there is ice water in your boot.
