I also have maruti800 from 2004 till 2021...fully modified with heavy music system...only fault in maruti 800 model is that there is no AC in this vehicle and also brakes are not as good as others..but ground clearance is awesome...my all time favourite...love from j&k...Rani of jammu hill roads

We had a brand new Maruti 800 bought in 1993, and it was unbelievable in performance. It climbed the hills of Tirupathi effortlessly, while all Ambassadors and Fiats used to stop to refill water in their radiators! Held the car steady at 140 KMPH on Grand Southern Trunk road from Ulundurpet to Madras for 3 hours and never overheated.

I have limited edition 5 speed version with MPFI. I always wanted to how fast it can go. I never thought it would be 144 kmph. I will not risk to go there that fast as the little beast is 20 years old now. I am glad it is still breathing after 2,71,503 km.
