If venue has 1190 Kg with 120hp and 172Nm And fronx has 1030kg with 99hp and 148Nm here is my analysis-: Venue has 15.5% more weight than fronx, but venue has 16% more torque and 21% more power figures on paper. But in real world fronx shows better performance . ie on paper venue has advantage on power to weight as well as torque to weight ratio, but still in real world fronx performs much better

Venue is less aerodynamic and kid venue is dct which is full of lag and to overtake fronx from a dig it needs more time and 100 kmph is just not sufficient.

I am using Fronx Alpha Automatic. It is a great car. As prior to buying Fronx, I had taken test drive of some automatic cars like, XL 6, I-20, Venue and Baleno. Fronx has virtually no competition. Engine of Fronx is very powerful and is made in India. If somebody compares the average of fuel consumption, Venue and I-20 fare very poorly. Fronx has very good average.

@@hrsit777 I am using FRONX Alpha Automatic. It is the topmost variant of FRONX. On road price, quoted by Maruti was 15.35 lakh. As I bought insurance from another vendor, it did cost me 14.80 lakh. After filing the Income tax return, i would get back 13000/-.

As such no car, not even Nexon, Brezza and punch were certified for safety above 64 kmph. NCAP test is done at 64 kmph. This year no car, not even old Nexon, packed in new body is certified by NCAP as the norms for safety have been upgraded. Every month 43 % buyers purchase Maruti cars, whereas 14 % buy TATA and 14.5 % car buyers buy By Hyundai cars. Driving carefully, with a cool mind is the bigg st safety. Cyrus Mistry, the Ex Chairman of TATA, died from a car crash, in a super safe car, as his car was traveling at a high speed. Maruti buyers don't live in a world of life imaginary safety, which has no meaning at a higher speed. Maruti has sent Brezza, Baleno and Grand Vitara for the new crash tests. Even after any certification, we have responsibility towards our family to drive safely.

Lot lighter than venue and the torque converter permits much better launch. Weight of fronx is even lower than i20 n line .now we have i20 n line with proper manual gearbox to demolish fronx turbo manual and automatic

the venue used for comparison here is not the latest version. the latest version has got three headrests at the back, a proper three point seatbelt for middle passenger and guess what...its also got level 1 ADAS.

@@shibu2020 what bluff? everyone knows Fronx is a lifted baleno, just like Nexon which is more of a lifted Vista (now not in production). Interior is exactly same, so Maruti is not hiding anything, the thing is that's what the market wants. Baleno was the highest seller, when you lift it like a coupe SUV/Crossover, obviously people who had rejected Baleno based on looks or GC will now consider Fronx. This has worked and the Turbo Auto in Fronx has the same 0-100 timings of 1.5 DSG of VW Virtus and Slavia while costing 6-7 lakhs less.

This test is conducted on old venue which do not have updated back seat or ADAS.. I have the updated SXO which is fabulous. It does have 3 head rest and seat belt. Team should do a research before doing a comparison

It’s heavier plus the DCT slows down the launch, whereas the Fronx is lighter and because of the torque converter it has a better launch

Those mid variants of sedans don't offer 6 airbags and look like crap inside. Also, for city use why haul around a big sedan when all you need is additional ground clearance and comfort. No improved performance and rear seat space is same as Fronx. Also you lose 4 airbags and performance of 1.0 Kushaq is way worse than Fronx Turbo. Fronx Turbo 0-100 is same as Slavia 1.5 DSG 0-100

@@villan0379 wow from where do you get such information... kausaq 1.0 is 1 second faster then fronx in 0-100 and it has features like electronic braking system,differential locks,ECS,ABS and traction control to give better road controls in high speeds and avoid accidents altogether.. splendor 125 is 1 second faster then pulsar 125 in acceleration.. but pulsar is tad better then splendor in every way.. also fronx is based on baleno which has zero safety rating.. while kausaq is 5 star rated car.. from base model.. there is something called build quality.. a tin can like fornx won't compare to well built cars like nexon or kausaq or xuv 300 ..

How 99 ps fronx is faster than 120ps venue?Venue is lighter still it has less power, venue is heavier but it has more 20ps and torque,I don't like it both because it has no foglight,Suzuki us so cheap that it shares many parts with its siblings like same infotainment system in baleno,fronx,breeza,grand vitara,xl6,Jimny also power window switches,speedo meter etc

Venue has a DCT which is why the launch is slow. Fronx has a torque converter which lets the car launch in a quicker fashion. Fronx is also a little lighter than the Venue

Fronx is more stable than venue, looks better has slightly lower price, better performance (0 to 100 as in video) , more mileage and more reliability. Fronx is better than Venue. Fronx has 3 point seatbelts and 3 adjustable headrests and many better things than venue like auto dimming etc. Fronx interior is good, I have seen in nexa showroom, I recommend you to visit the showrooms have experience of the cars and then see

Hyundai is so premium that it uses same instrument cluster in verna, carens, and till seltos htx. Power window controls are also same touchscreen is also same . Hyundai uses premium halogen fog lights unlike maruti which uses LED foglamps in their cars. Maruti Suzuki uses fabric and leather on door pads and Hyundai uses hard plastic. Creta SX costing 17 lakhs on road has hard plastic no soft touch material even on door pads while 16 lakh grand vitara Zeta has soft touch leather on dashboard, and really good stitching on door pads. Grand vitara Zeta has auto dimming irvm which not there is 1 lakh costlier creta
