Sir, my Ciaz is a 2017 petrol model. I got my fuel pump changed some time ago. But after installing the new fuel pump, I am feeling a vibration sound in the cabin. Is this a normal thing or is it a normal vibration sound?

fuel pump is very crucial part of car. we recommend you to ask them to reinspect whole assembly. any issues in fuel pump may cause 1. sudden loss of torque 2. decrease in mileage 3. misfiring engine noise.

No. We can't start the car. this is very useful when the battery is 100% dead and Central key lock system doesn't work with the request key or the remote. we can get access inside the car, Open the engine hood and check the battery for further process.

Sorry to hear that, but i clearly advice you to visit maruti service center. Because this is critical issue. No compromise with Car security. Please note any DIY setup by you is not recommended at all. The car or stuff inside car is vulnerable till you have full functional central lock system.
