Santro, it does wow u on the inside but the looks at the back and the side proportions dont match. WagonR, big upgrade over the previous model and it does impress but if ur buying this car ull have to buy it with the additional accessories otherwise it's dull looking. Tiago, is the best looking, safest car too as it has helped people survive from many accidents, great features and you should also know that the Tiago is heavy so it's sturdy on turns also u can enjoy it on rough roads. It's the perfect car as per me.

No matter how much we comment on it fact that Tiago(I love it) is safest of trio in structural integrity, people & most of the reviewers(most of them not all) will always favor Maruti's cars.One thing I noticed in this video Tiago in thia color looks like an Indian legendary car,not aome funky or afterthought boxy cars. I have seen them in my city but it always turns head more than any other car in ita segment. I wish they would have redesigned & relaunch Nano with horizon next strategy starting atleast at 2 lakhs.

For the extra price you get 1)Alloy wheels. 2) Rear fog lamps. 3) Automatic Climate control. 4) Keyless start stop. 5) Reverse camera. 6) Height adjustment driver seat. 7) Front and rear adjustable head rests. 8) 4 speakers. 9) Taller tyres. What the wagonR offers is 1) 200 kgs of less weight. 2) Android auto and apple car play. 3) Bigger boot. I would seriously go for the Figo. And maybe swap the touchscreen with a sync3 one on the freestyle or the aspire.

You have just answered the question.Why everyone goes for Maruthi?Ford's sales is less,that means spare availability is less and finding the service center is a hectic task if you are not living in the cities,Spare parts are expensive..Most of the Indian customers are not car enthusiast or highway riders..70% of them who buy car don't use them frequently in highway and for them the car which gives mileage,after sales service,spar parts availability and resale value which matters more than the hard steel build quality...And I guess there is nothing wrong in thinking like that.......If everyone gives importance for safety,then no one will buy plastic motor vehicles and ride at top speed...So whosoever mentioning about the safety of Tiago are exaggerating or Imagining things and if maruthi is the most unsafest car like how it is being projected,then half of the car owning population would have been wiped out from India as it holds the majority market share....By the way Tiago is a nice product and TATA has to improve the after sales service and Engine.....And maruthi needs to improve the build quality,then it will be a good choice for us

I will pick up WagonR because I go rarely to the highway and I cannot drive more than 60kmph in the city because of traffic. Plus the mileage is also the best in WagonR. But if I had to go out to the highway I would definitely go for Tiago. Also the WagonR has a massive boot.

Answer : structural safety The reason why german cars are expensive without having any features . Indian customer dont care about safety they think NEEMBO MIRCH on the front will save them . Well unlike the most of the ppl on the comments i Agree on the issues with the tiago. I have owned the Tiago Xz for 2+ years now , the fit and finish issues crop in quite often and the most irritating is the NVH levels. Both the front seats vibrate along with the engine when idling and when driving on an incline (which i do most of the time since i drive in the hills 90%) the engine noise is so loud that i feel I am driving a tractor. Most of acquaintances have asked me whether its a disel on hearing the engine revv for the first time !! This apart i feel that its an excellent handling Car which U can feel while conering at good speeds If the NVH levels were as good as the Santro it would have been the very best in the segment.

Wagon R is not a good car at all! So Zigwheels is telling that build quality (Tiago) has no value? Just the age old maruti brand. It's not a peppy car at all, this Wagon R! It's bland, it's boring and it's just too docile to be remotely exciting. The santro is decent, but it's powertrain is too old and too boring. I don't agree with the verdict at all. This looks highlight biased towards the unsafe Maruti (like all other comparisons)

Absolutely biased review, was not expecting this from zigwheels. Tiago is the clear winner with upmarket interior, superb ride and handling, structural rigidity. Agreed that engine has its share of vibrations owing to 3 cylinder but is still city friendly. And finally the fuel efficiency is also good. Pit it against wagon r in high speed stability test, i am sure nobody would buy maruti.

I have test driven all three cars and finally chose the Santro. the reason for this being, Santro feels more premium and contrary to the review has the best ride and handling even with 4 passengers on board the santro handles without any bumps cotrary to what is mentioned in the review .also Santro engine is very very tractable as you can see in other reviews even at 1000 RPM it pulls off easily in 4th gear, so the gear changes in the city are minimal. the problem with WagonR was there is so much cabin noise since there is no noise insulation WagonR .tiago is a heavier car and hanve fuel efficiency is likely to be impacted , also the fit and finish in tiago is no where near Santro .so if you are a young buyer and does not care about the increased boot space in WagonR, Santro is the right choice and if you looking for an amt version Tata tiago a m t is pure disaster, while WagonR amt has a lot of head nod but Santro a m t feels just like a conventional automatic . also the mileage I am getting in Santro on highways is around 22.7 kmpl so it is one of the cars where the mileage on road is more than claimed by a r a i as you can check in other videos

Go Tiago it's just awesome in long drive. I had to travel from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam and trust me the ride was just wow ...we not even felt like a long journey..so undoubtedly go for Tiago...

Tiago's 3 cylinder sound will only be heard in low rpm, it won't affect anyone's long journey. But reviewers are like reading a script always biased towards Maruti. Yes Maruti's new Wagon R got headspace & 100l more boot than Tiago but, ride quality & the needed accessories are costlier. Simple saying In crash MS ASS won't save you but's TM Tiago's structural integrity will.

Honestly, Tiago has the vibration and everything, but it isn't the kind that disturbs you. Whether it's city or Highway, I felt it to be a nice car, with all the safety you don't get with the other 2. All this I say with a 1.2 km drive in 3 days and it never gave me anything to worry or any aches to take care

If you need a safe car go for Tiago. It's a good car, drives well. But as any other Tata it fails totally when it comes to after sales which makes people change their mind and they can live with a Maruti because death is not definite but loss and tension can be definite. Specially in the Himalayas or small towns,cities, villages. WagonR comes in then, not as safe but definitely safer than Santro. And in other aspects it is a better package. But if the Tata network is good in your place get a Tiago. You're blessed if Tata service is good in your area.

Well that was very nicely explained....wagon r is not a good car for Highway, very poor high speed stability and control... Also the steering is also very light for Highway ride. It can only be a strict city car...this point should have been considered while giving final conclusion...

okay I am reading a lot of comments which praises Tiago a lot(including myself). Now I what I don't understand why Maruti suzuki is still no.1 in 4 wheel passenger segment? Please somebody clear this for me. I am considering to buy Tiago.

Maruti has a good brand image. They make very reliable cars. Great mileage and every middle class Indian will blindly trust maruti. Most people, including me are looking for very cheap running costs so taking a gamble by getting a car from a different brand is too much. But hey, I decided to take the gamble anyway and got a tiago. And I gotta say, it was the best decision I ever made.

Bought new wagon r march 18th 2019... steering feedback very poor and AC quality very very poor rear passanger never get AC flow..... when i check with the service centre they simple said car cabin is big thats why your not getting Ac flow in the rear seats.... is that my fault really i don't know..... felt like i would have investigated much better before selecting this........For chennai people i am sure wagnor not the best choice in terms of AC flow........

Funny you point out wagon r is spacious when Tiago is wider and longer than it... 😅 Tiago is even more spacious and don't compare comfort between these 3...Tiago's seat and cushioning are way ahead...
